The Free Stalls listed above are stall most commonly requested by our network of suppliers. In order to make them available to you, we carry an inventory of these units for immediate delivery. We will continue to build stalls to meet your specifications, but these will be by special order and may require additional lead times and additional costs.

Free Stalls

Stalls are manufactured from Allied Agritube 60TM Gatorshield structural steel tube-providing uniform quality and superior corrosion resistance
Allied Tube used is 10 or 11 gauge with minimum 60,000/65,000 yield/tensile rating
Stalls are bent on a computerized bender providing uniform, consistent bends
Mounting accessories and cross clamps are heavy duty and manufactured by Berg
Berg offers several mounting accessories
Berg produces over 100 styles and sizes of free stalls
Custom stalls can be manufactured to specific requirements

Berg free stalls have a reduced installation cost and are very low maintenance.  They also help improve animal safety.  The NU-PE is designed to allow for lunges when cows stand.  The paralleled ends make for easy installation.  1.9 and 2.3 OD sizes are available.  

Berg Arrow Free Stall

Berg's Arrow Free Stall is designed to fit today's dairy cow in a modern free stall barn.  Dairymen are looking for better utilization of their free stalls...and the Berg Arrow Free Stall matches that need!

These stalls give your cows easy access with a high neck rail placement.  Arrow Free Stalls are sloped down at the rear to let the cow turn her head over the loop for smoother, faster exit from the stall.  They also offer a large opening for lunge space and cantilever design for cow comfort.

  • Built with Allied Steel's Agri-Tube 60 galvanized steel for corrosion resistance with Allied's Flow-Coat triple coat protection.

  • With 60,000 psi tensile strength Agri-Tube 60 is 20% stronger than other stalls

 • Berg Arrow Free Stalls are available in 1.90 and 2.38 O.D. sizes

• Arrow stalls can be used in many mounts or mounting systems including the Berg new surface mount bracket for head-to-head free stall systems.
