V-belt to roller chain reduction provides low horsepower requirements for years of dependable service.  Heavy bolted-together, galvanized sides house the plow assembly mechanism providing you greater safety and longer life. 

Optional weather guards protect against the loss of valuable feed products, reducing feed waste, increases your profits.  The idler is designed to take large quantities of feed and center it on the belt, while not plugging it up. 
 

 

 
 
Optional hollow shaft gear box drive provides smooth, quiet operation.  Available control panel allows you to put the feed where you want it.  The direct drive delivers feed over a long distance at high capacity.

The elimination of pulleys, belts, or chains means less maintenance and longer useful life.

  • Large 8" diameter belt drive with rubber lags to keep belt straight
  • Large 8" belt idler is crowned and self-cleaning
  • Belt return rollers are ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene spaced at 6' intervals
  • Plow speed between 48' to 36' per minute (depending on pulley)
  • Automatic spring loaded belt tightener keeps belt at proper tension
  • Select from one or two way plows
  • Multi-lot feeding available - up to 8 lots!
